师资队伍建设是学校内涵建设的核心,是提高办学水平和办学质量的关键。近年来,计算机科学与工程学院通过引进人才和自身培养,师资队伍发展迅速、势头良好,形成一支职称结构、学历结构、年龄结构合理的师资队伍,完全能满足教学需要、学科专业发展及科学研究的需要。
计算机与人工智能学院(软件学院)现有专业教师62人,其中教授、副教授21人、讲师、工程师24人;具有博士、硕士研究生学历教师56人;湖南省121人才1人;五溪人才1人;省级、校级骨干青年教师7人。已聘请来自重点大学的博导、企业、行业的高级工程师15人为我院客座教授、兼职教师。先后已聘请52位行业成功人士为我院社会职业生涯规划导师。
Overview of Faculty
The construction of the faculty is the core of the school's connotation development and the key to improving its educational level and quality. In recent years, the School of Computer and Artificial Intelligence (School of Software) has rapidly and positively developed its faculty through talent introduction and internal cultivation. It has formed a faculty with a reasonable structure in terms of professional titles, academic qualifications, and age, which fully meets the needs of teaching, disciplinary and professional development, as well as scientific research.
The School of Computer and Artificial Intelligence (School of Software) currently has a professional faculty of 62 teachers, including 21 professors and associate professors, and 24 lecturers and engineers. Among them, 56 teachers hold doctoral or master's degrees. There is 1 "121 Talent" from Hunan Province, 1 "Wuxi Talent," and 7 provincial and university-level backbone young teachers. The school has hired 15 doctoral supervisors from key universities, senior engineers from enterprises and industries as guest professors and part-time teachers in our institute. We have hired 52 successful professionals in the industry as mentors for our school's social career planning.
